This Privacy Policy describes how the Cart Launch Poster Tool browser extension ("the Tool") handles information. The short version: the Tool does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information — everything it touches stays in your browser.

What the Tool Does

The Cart Launch Poster Tool lets dealers who use a Cart Launch website prepare product listings from their own inventory and prefill them into a listing form for manual review and publishing. You always review each listing and click Publish yourself; the Tool never posts anything on its own.

Information the Tool Processes

When you click "Post" on a unit in your own Cart Launch website dashboard, the Tool briefly processes that unit's listing data: its photos, title, price, and description. This is business inventory data from your own website — not personal information.

This data is:

Processed entirely on your own device, inside your browser

Held only for the duration of a single prefill operation (and automatically discarded after 15 minutes if unused)

Deleted immediately after the listing form is filled

Information the Tool Does NOT Collect

The Tool does not collect, access, store, or transmit:

Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information

Passwords, login credentials, or authentication data of any kind

Browsing history or activity on any website

Messages, communications, or contacts

Location data

Analytics, telemetry, or usage statistics

The Tool contains no tracking or analytics code whatsoever. Nothing is ever sent to Cart Launch Systems' servers or to any third party.

Browser Permissions

The Tool requests only the permissions needed for its single purpose: reading listing data from your own Cart Launch website when you click its "Post" button, and filling that data into the listing form you are creating. It does not run on, read, or modify any other websites.

Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell or transfer any user data to third parties. We do not use or transfer any data for purposes unrelated to the Tool's single purpose. We do not use or transfer any data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Your Accounts

The Tool operates in your browser alongside websites you are already signed in to. It never reads, stores, or transmits your credentials or session information, and it never takes actions on your accounts — publishing any listing is always a manual action you take yourself.

Changes to This Policy

If the Tool's behavior ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above before releasing that change.
